Assignment

First you were taught the theory of feedback, then you could practice giving and receiving feedback in this e-learning.

As you can probably already imagine, the assignment until the next and last session is that you practice giving and receiving feedback. Here is your assignment:

  1. Write down a feedback for an employee according to the WWW rule.
  2. The theme of the feedback is positive corporate culture.
  3. Of course, and even desired, the feedback should be a compliment.
  4. Make an appointment with your employee to give the feedback.
  5. Provide your feedback.
  6. Ask for feedback on how your feedback was received.
