I have now created an exercise for you on the topic of feedback. Have fun!

After you have clicked on “Start the course”, you will be presented with a situation that has occurred as an example among colleagues/employees and superiors. Afterwards you have the possibility to choose from the offered boxes the one that in your opinion best describes the lead-up to the situation.

Notes on the situations can follow.
