Risk factors – the picture
You had the opportunity earlier to name three risk factors. We asked this question to other participants and received the answers shown on the image. The more participants answered with the same keyword, the larger the keyword is displayed.
In this session 1 you have learned a lot about presenteeism. Now we will summarize what we have learned and you can test your knowledge with the following quiz.
The task in this quiz is to drag the keywords (risk factors and consequences) to the applicable white boxes. A keyword can be used only once. Afterwards you can check your results by clicking on “Check”. After checking, the quiz can be repeated.
There are personal, work-related and organizational risk factors. Based on these risk factors, a person decides whether to be absent from work without justification (absenteeism) or to go to work sick (presenteeism). Both decisions have consequences for the individual and the company.

On the topic of presenteeism, it is important that we think about it regularly. Therefore we give you the following assignment until the next session:
Set a reminder in your calendar (weekly, 5 min) to take the time to think about (your) presenteeism and/or to talk about it with your colleagues.
